Saving for a deposit on a house to get a home loan can be the hardest step in trying to own your own home but hard-working families who have been rejected by the big banks have been left frustrated, bewildered and hurt.
As a general rule, my personal preference is that I like my properties to positively cash flow.
Positive cash flow means that after all expenses are taken into account, there is money left over. It is possible to rent your investment property and make positive cash flow.
Ask yourself this question if you’re thinking about buying investment Property: Am I better off getting positive monthly cash flow now or do I wait for future capital gains and negatively gear every month?
